符合以下条件的feedback差评可以向亚马逊申请移除:

As a general rule, Amazon does not remove buyer feedback even if it is unwarranted or the issue has been resolved. Amazon will remove feedback only in the following cases:

1. The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.

评价中包含淫秽和猥亵的词语, 如: I finally receive the parcel from the stupid seller , shit quality , very dispointed.

2. The feedback includes seller-specific, personallyidentifiable information, including e-mail addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.

评价中包含了我们卖家私人信息,如邮箱,电话号码 ,全名(不是全名也有可能申诉成功

3. The entire feedback comment is a product review.

全部的Feedback只针对产品,没有提到卖家的服务, 如:这把户外小刀不是很锋利(这种情况下我们试过有些可以申述成功,有些也还是不能移除)但如果评价到了卖家的服务就不可能移除, 如: 派送太慢了,而且收到货的时候发现小刀不是很锋利.

4. The entire feedback comment is regarding fulfillment orcustomer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon. Feedback reviewed and determined to be relating explicitly to fulfillment and customerservice for an order fulfilled by Amazon will not be removed, but a line willappear through the rating with the following statement.

FBA引起的物流问题亚马逊不会帮你将差评移除,但是会帮你将差评划掉,然写一行字: This item was fulfilled by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience.

 

5. 有些蠢顾客在留评价的时候在 arrive on time , item as described , customer service 这三项中都写的YES ,然后又评价是正面的,但是留个你一个差评,像这种也可以发给CASE给亚马逊要求移除。

但是就我的经验来说如果客户留差评时在Arrived on Time,Item as Described,Customer Service三项中只要有某一项填写的”NO”那么这个差评就被移除的几率就非常非常小了。

差评的移除申请提交以后,请大家务必要关注亚马逊邮箱(或者后台的Manage Your Case Log),无论这个评价有没有移除,亚马逊都会发一封邮件到我们的亚马逊邮箱将最终判定结果告知卖家。

以下是邮件的模板,可以参考:

The item was correct as described, the buyer answered “Yes” to the feedback questions, the order was also fulfilled on time and of good quality. The feedback seems not to be an appropriate entry and unfair to sellers, we thought customer didn’t give a right rating. Can this be revised or removed? since the entire entry is not an appropriate feedback. Please investigate this case!

6. 还有一种情况是顾客威胁我们说不怎么怎么样就给差评,我们可以将这样的话截图直接交给亚马逊处理,同时如果卖家向客户提供一些好处让客户消除好评,这种做法被亚马逊查到了是会对账户有影响的, 情节严重话会导致账户被移除销售权限.

亚马逊原文规定: You may request that a buyer removefeedback. However, you may not offer nor pay any incentive to a buyer foreither providing or removing feedback

7. 建议买家留差评后卖家积极主动的和买家沟通,争取和买家达成一致协议,让他把差评移除(留差评后60天内买家可以移除该差评)卖家向亚马逊申请移除差评成功以后,亚马逊是会邮件通知买家卖家双方,而买家有权利再一次留评。为了避免激怒客户建议过几天再去申请差评移除。

 

下面我来说下哪些review会被亚马逊拒绝或删除:

一、不是关于产品本身的评价。
卖家服务、运输时间、产品包装、产品的现货供应能力等这样的review都是可以向亚马逊申请删除的;

二、review中包含不适当的或攻击性的语言。
含有淫秽,亵渎,电话号码,邮寄地址,非亚马逊的网址以及水印视频,外语内容(除非有该产品的明确联系)或其他人的物质(包括过度引用),仇恨言论,非法行为的推广等等;

三、卖家用自己申请的小号留的好评或者和其他卖家达成协议相互留好评;故意给竞争对手留差评,以及卖家的亲朋好友留的五星Review以此提高产品销量;

四、卖家以各种形式的补偿(直接打款,折扣券,送礼物,留好评就退款等)作为交换,叫客户必须留5 stra review.如果卖家是以免费或低折扣交换客户的真实review除外,但是客户必须在评论中指出:I received this free or discounted product in exchange for my honest review

 

如果你认为该评论不符合亚马逊规则,你可以通过以下两种方式进行申诉,请求亚马逊删除该评论:

1. 直接发邮件联系亚马逊的测评小组:[email protected]

2. 先找到该评论,在该评论的右下方点击“Report abuse”写上申诉原因,然后提交亚马逊审查;
